Abstract

Serum disorder (deviation from normal function of serum) can cause several significant health problems. It is present globally and present in the local population of Balochistan. The responsible thing for the disease is electrolytes which are present in the blood and its small portion is excreted through kidney. The kidney is vital organ in the body which helps in execrating the waste of the body in the form of urine which consists of creatinine, urea and BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen). Diagnostic tests and thwarted attempts to develop broadly effective antibiotics are there to cure the disease. For detection of Serum disorder, there are kidney function test to identify and confirm individuals suffering with Serum disorder. Evaluation of the clinical impact of Serum disorder in a patient includes measuring electrolytes especially Na+, K+, CL-and HCO-3 etc. Biochemical method of evaluation such as ELITE analyses machine helps in detection of the disorder, it is based on digital memory. This is the most valuable measurement of Na+, K+, CL- and HCO-3 e.g. considered a simple indicator of the disease in majority of patients and cure for this disease is dialysis. Cure of electrolyte imbalance can only be achieved through curing under lying disease causing imbalance which is not possible every time.
